- All orders placed through our online store will be shipped within 24hrs with the exception of orders placed on the weekend. Orders being shipped to the USA are estimated to arrive within 6-12 business days. Orders being shipped within Canada are estimated to arrive within 1-10 business days, while international orders can take between 3-5 weeks. Online orders are filled from available store stock. If an online order has an item that is out of stock you will be contacted to find out whether you want the order held until the out of stock item is in stock, or you can choose to have the items shipped separately. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Within Canada
All packages are shipped via Canada Post "Expedited Mail" and are trackable:- $0.00-$49.99 = $5 Shipping and Handling (plus GST)
- $50.00-$99.99 = $7 Shipping and Handling (plus GST)
- $100.00+ = FREE Shipping and Handling
To the USA
All packages are shipped via Canada Post "Expedited USA", and are trackable:- $0.00-$49.99 = $13 Shipping and Handling
- $50.00-$99.99 = $15 Shipping and Handling
- $100.00+ = FREE Shipping and Handling

- All information entered into TLCS.ca is entered at the users own discretion. TLCS.ca only shares your information with authorized third party’s in which TLCS.ca does business with. TLCS.ca will not in any case release any client information to any other party or individual and holds this information on a secure server.
- Returns & Replacements
- Because we feel that we offer the highest quality products at the best prices, and we inspect and pack all of our orders with care, we think you’ll be extremely satisfied with your purchases. However, there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, we’ll gladly replace them. If you need to return or replace an item, please email us at support@tlcs.ca or call us at (204) 275-3600.
- Ordering
- Once an online order is placed it is considered final, and you may not cancel the order. To place an order simply add items to your basket and then checkout. You must enter your Credit Card information to finalize your order and your card will be charged within 24 hours. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday your Credit Card will not be charged until the following Monday.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All online orders are to be placed with Visa, MC and American Express. All credit cards will be processed at our Pembina store location. TLCS.ca ensures that the online store pricing is kept up to date, and in the event that an item is priced wrong TLCS.ca will charge the posted price on the online store. Promotions are only available during the dates listed on the promotion, TLCS.ca reserves the right to end the promotions or change pricing at any time.
- Viewing Orders
- After placing an order, you can log in and view orders placed. All orders placed are final and cannot be changed or cancelled. Viewing orders are for information purposes only.
- Updating Account Information
- It is the clients responsibility to keep their account information current with the proper information. The Light Christian Store cannot be held responsible for any order shipped to the wrong address due to a customer not keeping their information current.
